No one should have to choose between food, a roof over their head, their education, and access to menstrual products and yet every day, menstruators are forced to make exactly that choice.
Since the 2013 launch, Giving Hope & Help has donated approximately 1,000,000 feminine hygiene period products to over 200 partnering organizations. Including sending products across the USA and to 15 countries and counting!

Lack of feminine care is NOT a female
problem it is a “Global Problem” of which
we are striving to be a part of the solution.
Giving Hope & Help (GH&H) Feminine
Hygiene PERIOD Product Drives and
Donation Events, (annual and year-round)
supports the “No Menstruator Without”
Movement to provide period products and
items of dignity to domestic violence
survivors and the shelters in which they
live/places of refuge in addition to
supporting natural disaster survivors,
schools, girls, women, and menstruators in
need of feminine care/toiletries/items of
dignity locally and across the globe.
PERIOD PRODUCTS are our focus, but we
also collect and distribute toiletries/items of
dignity.
We collect the following items year-round
and at our Annual Feminine Hygiene PERIOD
PRODUCTS Drives:
- Sanitary napkins, tampons, and
menstrual products. We also accept
toiletries and items of dignity - Packaged children and women’s
underwear
We are striving to ensure menstrual equity. #NoMenstruatorWithout period products become a reality, PERIOD. Lack of feminine care and period poverty is the culprit of 5-7 days of school missed a month and ultimately causes many girls to quit school altogether. Often times when women find safety from abuse, they arrive with just the clothes on their backs and children at their side. When they reach safety, they should have feminine care they need. GH&H is ensuring dignity and meeting period product needs. Many women/menstruators miss work due to lack of feminine care as well and have to choose between purchasing period products or feeding their children/families. Sanitary napkins/feminine care provided for girls in school and women in general promotes: CEED, (Confidence, Education, Empowerment and Dignity)
