Volunteer Opportunities:

• A Way of Escape from Domestic Violence Advocacy Dream Team (A-WAY) : Advocate for domestic violence awareness to encourage all to stand up, speak up and STOP domestic violence. Support DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SURVIVORS & the shelters in which live with year- round collections and annual drives of sanitary napkins, tampons, period products, children, and women’s packaged underwear.

 

• Anniversary & EIYP Scholarship Awards Dream Team (EIYP): Education Is Your Passport Program aims to support Pre-K through adult/non-traditional students with educational tools and resources. Help plan and execute the annual scholarship awards program, prepare scholarship gifts, seek silent auction items and so much more.

 

• LOVE Bags 4 Cancer Dream Team (LB4C): Donation & Delivery Events to uplift hospitalized MALE & FEMALE cancer patients in honor of Valentine’s Day & Mother’s Day. Volunteers support by volunteering at Assembly Parties and sharing our Cancer Initiative in the community YEAR-ROUND.

 

• Feminine Hygiene Product Drive Dream Team (FHPD): Support Giving Hope & Help plan and execute our annual Feminine Hygiene Period Products Drive, seek nonprofit community and business vendors, get the community involved in collections and more!

  • This team will also fill LOVE Bags 4 Her/ Him with hygiene products, and support as a volunteer during YEAR ROUND Period Packing Parties

 

• Social Media Ambassador Dream Team:  This includes sharing our events and asks on social media with a personal comment to encourage your network to support.

 

• Fundraiser Dream Team: Become a GH&H Ambassador by encouraging the community to become Monthly Difference Maker Donors, share our Dooney & Bourke Raffles, and share in support of our Annual Giving Tuesday Campaign and other Fundraisers.
