Women, girls, and all people who menstruate need access to sufficient, safe, and comfortable ways to properly care for their menstrual bleeding and to make informed decisions about their self-care and product use, as part of their menstrual health.

Reusable menstrual products such as period underwear, reusable pads and menstrual cups are alternatives to disposables and may offer greater environmental and cost sustainability.
